HELLO, HARRISON HIGH SCHOOL, AND WELCOME TO "WHAT'S UP, WILDCATS". I'M GRACE BYERS.

*<< CARTER 2-SHOT >>

AND I'M CARTER FREY. TODAY IS WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7. HERE'S WHAT'S GOING ON:

We are at the midway point of the annual Food and Clothing Drive! Be sure to bring in non-perishable food items to your first bell class all this week. Our building goal is 7,500 items. If we reach this goal, ALL studens will receive a reward.

The Class of 2026 is sponsoring a Gloves, Hat, and Coat drive as part of the Mayor's Fund initiative this winter. Please spread the word about this drive and direct anyone that has these items to donate to place them in the blue barrel in the High School lobby. Ask your parents, neighbors, or anyone to consider donating!

Freshman volunteers are also needed to help organize and hand out donations on December 15th and 17th. See Mr. Meyer in Room 211 with any questions.

Attention anyone interested in community service hours: The kindergarteners from Crosby Elementary have written letters to Santa and your help is needed to write responses! Key Club will be meeting this Friday morning at 7:15 AM and Monday morning at 7:15 AM in Room 104, Mrs. Siemer's room. All are welcome to attend, even if you have not done anything with Key Club in the past.

Another volunteer opportunity is Saturday, December 17 as we help distribute all collected items from our Food and Clothing drive! You will help carry bags of toys to the cars and help load food into the trucks. Please see the sign up sheet outside Mrs. Siemer's room, Room 104. The event will be held in the High School Gym from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Attention Class of 2023: Senior Class t-shirt order forms have been distributed in English classes. Forms can also be picked up in Room 111 and the Front Office. All orders are due by next Thursday, December 15. Even if you don't plan to order a shirt, please make sure to check the form to make sure your name is how you would like it to appear on the back of the shirt. Contact Mr. Ward or Ms. Hinterlong with any questions.
