Each Month students from the Career Ready programs are chosen for their outstanding work ethic. Here are the September Students of the Month.

Nick Dunn is a senior working towards earning his diploma so he can move into employment! He was involved in the mock interviews at the high school in September and knocked the socks off of his interviewer! Too bad we don’t have a picture of him from that day when he came in dressed to the nines! Nick had great eye contact, a firm handshake, and the confidence to win over his interviewer! We look forward to seeing what he accomplishes in his future!

Jasmine Hemmerle is a freshman in the Law and Public Safety course. She is also a member of  JROTC where she performs many different duties within the community. Even though Jasmine is only a freshman she has stepped up to volunteer for events and is always attentive to her studies. Jasmine will make a  great employee someday.

Gregory Gill has been a leader in his Advanced Manufacturing class.  He has mastered the fundamentals of the equipment being used in the class and does not hesitate to assist other students when they need help.  Gregory, with two other students, was able to showcase the Skill Boss, (a real-world system that performs a sorting and finishing process that features an electric motor, variable frequency drive, PLC, HMI, and electro-pneumatic pick and place system enabling it to evaluate over 60 hands-on manufacturing skills) to hundreds of students during the high school's annual CTE day.  Gregory's keen foresight and aptitude has been a joy to watch every day.
