CHEERLEADING TRYOUT INFORMATION 2024-2025

Mandatory open gym: May 14-15 from 5-6pm

Tryouts: May 16 from 4-8pm

A MANDATORY parent and student meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 14 at 6:00pm in the HIGH SCHOOL cafeteria.

A paper copy of your Emergency Medical Authorization form (printed from Final Forms)

A copy of the Physical Form must be completed, signed by a doctor, and uploaded to your child's Final Forms account (or a valid one on file on Final Forms – those that played a sport at HJS or HHS this year can check their Final Forms account to verify it’s valid through 5/16/24).
