School Profile

William Henry Harrison High School  is a public high school located in Harrison, Ohio. The district is located in southwest Hamilton County, approximately 20 west of Cincinnati, Ohio, near Interstate 74. It is the only high school in the Southwest Local School District and serves as the high school for families located in Harrison Township, Crosby Township, and Whitewater Township in Hamilton County as well as a small section of Morgan Township in southwest Butler County. The Southwest Local School District spans 108 square miles with all levels of socioeconomic backgrounds represented. William Henry Harrison High School is a four year comprehensive high school with a current enrollment of approximately 1200 students with 10% of our students attending a career technical program at either Diamond Oaks Career Center or Scarlet Oaks Career Center. William Henry Harrison High School is fully accredited by AdvancEd and is a member of High Schools That Work. The high school has been recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a Blue Ribbon School. The district and school are ranked as "excellent" by the Ohio Board of Education for the past four years.
