NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM on the 19th day of March, 2026 by Southwest Local School District at 10800 Campbell Rd. Harrison, OH  45030

Such proposals as herein concerned shall be for the following described:

Lawn Services, Landscaping, Fertilization, and Snow Removal.

Bidding blanks for the same shall be on a prescribed blank and obtained by contacting Adam Lohbeck of the said Southwest Local School District at 10800 Campbell Rd.  Harrison, OH  45030 or at the link below.  Supplemental pricing information may be submitted as an appendix to this blank.  A site visit is scheduled for March 3, 3026 to review the scope and answer questions.

All bids shall be properly signed by an authorized representative of the bidder.  All bids shall be sealed and plainly marked.

REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ)

Cafeteria Point of Sale (POS) System District: Southwest Local Schools
Issue Date: February 17, 2026
Response Due Date: March 6, 2026 at noon

The Southwest Local School District (“the District”) is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide a USDA/NSLP compliant Cafeteria Point of Sale (POS) System. The system must support the District’s Food Service operations, comply with relevant State of Ohio requirements, integrate with existing systems, and support Ohio Department of Education (ODE) reporting requirements.

This RFQ is issued in accordance with State of Ohio procurement guidelines, allowing the District to solicit competitive price quotations while evaluating functionality, compliance, and value.
