Board Members

Board of Education meetings are open to the public.  Any changes in the place and time of Board meeting are published in the local papers and on this web site.

Southwest Local School District Board of Education 2024 Meeting Dates

Unless otherwise noted, the work session (open to the public) begins at 6:00 PM and the meeting begins at 7:00 PM.  

  • January 11, 2024 (Organizational Meeting at 6:00 PM, Regular Meeting at 6:15 PM) - at District Office   
  • March 21, 2024 - at Crosby Elementary    
  • April 11, 2024 - at Harrison Elementary 
  • May 21, 2024 at 5:00 PM - at Miami Whitewater Elementary
  • June 20, 2024 - at Harrison Junior School
  • August 8, 2024 - at Harrison High School
  • September 19, 2024 - at Harrison Junior School      
  • October 17, 2024 - at District Office
  • December 19, 2024 - at District Office

The January 11, 2024 organizational meeting and the January 11, 2024 regular board meeting were approved by the Board at the regular Board meeting on December 14, 2023.  All other meeting dates were approved by the Board at the January 11, 2024 organizational meeting.
