Special Education

The special education team at HJS is committed to working in collaboration with families to provide the highest level of special education services. We are always working to improve the educational instruction and strategies utilized when teaching our students.

This year at HJS the model of service delivery has changed. Students on IEPs will have a case manager, who will be responsible for developing the IEP and MFE. However, students will encounter and be provided support from multiple intervention specialists throughout the day depending on their class schedule. Questions regarding student progress and performance can be directed to the content teacher or to the case manager. Please feel free to contact us at anytime with questions and concerns at 367-4831, or via email.
