Upcoming Meetings Cover Career, College and Financial Planning

Parent Meeting

Miami Savings Bank is offering a financial literacy presentation to all parents and students on Tuesday, February 26 at 7:30 PM in the Harrison High School Commons.  Topics to be covered are: budgeting, preparing for college, and purchasing your first home. 

 

Additionally, all 9th and 10th grade parents are invited to a parent night on Tue. Feb. 26 in the Harrison High School Media Center at 6:30 PM.  The purpose of the evening will be to give our parents an opportunity to meet with various representatives from multiple career/college options for our students. There will representatives from the following:

 

*Two year college

*Four year college

*Great Oaks

*Apprenticeship

*Military

 

You are welcome to bring your student with you. Our goal is to give all students and parents information to make career goals that meet student needs.
