Thank You For a Great First Week!
I just wanted to reach out and thank you and your students for a great first week of school! The energy in the building is fantastic and the staff and students are doing a great job getting back into the rhythm of teaching and learning. Our students are also doing a phenomenal job meeting our expectations around cell phones. We have asked that students keep their phones out of sight in classrooms, hallways, and in the cafeteria from 8:05 – 2:55, and they are off to a great start. Thank you also for your patience with arrival and dismissal traffic. We are getting better each day and we appreciate your efforts with traffic.
I also wanted to remind everyone that our school lunches are no longer free, as they had been covered by waivers for the last two years. Our standard plate lunch costs $2.60, and families are once again asked to complete and submit a Free/Reduced Meal Application for the 2022-23 school year if they would like to see if their students qualify for free or reduced meal prices.
