Prom & After Prom Information
Good morning,
Tonight, is the Harrison High School Prom. Our prom will be on the B&B riverboat taking off in downtown Cincinnati. The weather looks great for a boat ride. Below are a few reminders for this evening for students and parents.
The doors open at the high school for prom check in at 5:30. Check in will be in the auxiliary gym. Students will check in and be loaded on a bus to head down to the B&B Riverboat. (No one is aloud to drive to the boat) The last bus will leave Harrison High School at 6:45. Food and drinks will be served on the boat. If your student is attending after prom, have them bring a small bag with a change of clothes. (No valuables in the bag) They will put their name on the bag and bags will be transported to after prom for them.
The boat will return to the dock at 11:00.
After the dance and boat ride are over, will have two groups loading busses. The first group will be students who have chosen not to go to after prom and will return to the high school. (Please check with your student about their plans) The second group will be transported to “The Place” in Colerain, where they will enjoy food prizes and games. After Prom will be over at 1:30 with buses returning to the high school periodically through the evening as buses fill. (Your student should call you when they are leaving to return) The last bus will leave at approximately 1:30. Chaperones will be at the AC to assure all students have rides home.
