Harrison High School Safety Protocol Information

Important Information

Dear Harrison High School Families,

We are so excited to have all of our students back with us on September 8th. Below is a video that will help to explain our daily procedures, from temperature stations in the morning to afternoon dismissal. Students and parents, please click HERE to view the video.

 

A few additional reminders:

Virtual Student Computer Pick-Up, August 27th or 28th

Students who have chosen the virtual option will be able to pick up their computers this Thursday or Friday, August 27th or 28th.   We will be bringing in 15 students every 15 minutes from 9am to 3pm. These students need to click HERE and use the Sign-Up Genius to pick their time. We will be sending out tutorials on how to get started with your online classes as soon as possible. If you are a Freshman going online you do not have to attend Freshman Orientation.

Freshman Orientation and Computer Pick-Up, September 2nd 

Freshman Orientation, which will take place on September 2nd, will look different this year. Freshman students need to click HERE and use the Sign-Up Genius to pick a time between 9am and 6pm to come to the high school on September 2nd. We will have groups of 15 students come into the school every 20 minutes. These students will receive their schedules and computers and then will have time to explore the building and ask questions. Students will only spend twenty minutes in the building. Freshman will also participate in orientation meetings during the first few days of school.

Upperclassmen Computer and Schedule Pick-Up, September 3rd and 4th

Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors will receive their computers and schedules on September 3rd or 4th, between 9am and 6pm. These students need to click HERE and use the Sign-Up Genius to choose a time to come in. We will have 15 students come in every 15 minutes. 

 

Things to Remember as we approach September 8th:

  • Wear a mask
  • Bring a water bottle
  • If you are feeling ill, please do not come to school
  • Cell phone policy is still in effect
  • No Hats and hoods during the school day
  • Stay positive! We can’t wait to see you!
