Help Preserve History Through "Pride Walls"

An important piece to our new schools (and renovated High School) is telling our story through our Pride Wall project. Connecting our rich history with the future is extremely powerful.  Each building will have a Pride Wall installed near the entrance; a visual reminder of our past.

We are reaching out to the community for pictures and artifacts to include on the wall.  Pictures could be from any event, from any school building, from any point in time in the history of the Southwest Local School District.  Artifacts could include newspaper articles, plaques, uniforms, and any other physical pieces of memorabilia.

Items (for all buildings) are being scanned and logged by Daisy Cunningham at Harrison Elementary.  Items can be dropped off or mailed to the attention of Daisy Cunningham at Harrison Elementary, 600 E. Broadway St., Harrison, OH 45030.  Pictures can also be emailed to daisy.cunningham@southwestschools.org. If you have questions, please email Daisy or call her at 513-367-4161.  Items and pictures will be returned to their owner, so please make sure all items are clearly labeled with the owner's name, address, and phone number.

Thank you for helping to leave a legacy for the next 50+ years!
