8th Grade Washington, D.C. Trip Update
Hello All,
I wanted to give an update for the 8th grade Washington D.C. trip. Our tour company, Martin Travel, receives 30-60 day outlooks on the status for group travel to Washington D.C. Due to COVID reasons March is still not accessible to tour groups.
We are now scheduled to travel May 23-26, 2021 (Sunday-Wednesday)
**Our feeling is that it is not IF our students travel, but WHEN. This is an opportunity that we are going to guarantee to these students. If the new May dates do not work, we will explore all options to reschedule.
If you would like to CANCEL your student’s trip please notify Martin Travel by Friday, March 19th, by emailing: tmartin@martinschooltravel.com.
Refund policy:
1. Cancel with Trip Protection- Full Refund
2. Cancel without Trip Protection- Refund minus $100 deposit
With the new May travel dates we would like to offer your student the opportunity to participate again in the garbage bag and detergent fundraiser. Order forms are available in social studies classrooms, or click HERE for the garbage bag order form.
Due date for the fundraiser Friday, March 19, 2021.
