Update

We had the privilege of meeting with your students as a grade level for the fourth time this school year. These quarterly gatherings provide invaluable opportunities for our team to realign and reignite our students' focus as we enter the final stretch of the academic year.

In the spirit of partnership with our families, we'd like to share the key points from our recent meetings. Today's overarching theme was "Finish." While we have much to celebrate as a school community, it's crucial that our students, staff, and families collectively prioritize finishing the year on a strong note. This commitment to excellence is fundamental to realizing our mission of fostering Academic and Social Growth for All students.

Academically, we gauge our students' progress through various metrics, including the MAP Assessment, the Ohio State Test, and their classroom grades. On the social front, we're proud to report that 97.1% of our students have engaged in after-school activities throughout the year. However, our goal remains to reach 100% participation.

We emphasize the importance of performing at our best when it counts the most—a principle that resonates with many of our students involved in extracurricular activities. Just as they dedicate themselves to perfecting their craft for performances or games, we encourage all students to translate their hard work and preparation into their best academic and social achievements.

We sincerely appreciate your ongoing collaboration in reinforcing our Core Values of Trust, Respect, Ownership, and Leadership with your students. Together, we can empower them to finish the year with confidence and success.

Warm regards,

Harrison Junior School
