Student Fee Information
Southwest Local Schools will be waiving all student academic fees for the 2021/2022 school year, thanks to CARES Act funding. Pay to play fees for sports and band are not included in the waived fees and should be paid HERE.
Free breakfast and lunch for all students will continue this year, thanks to the Federal Free Lunch program continuing. Each student will be eligible for one free lunch and one free breakfast each day. If they are interested in purchasing snacks or items not included in the normal school lunch, you may load additional funds into your student’s account HERE.
Don’t forget to login to Final Forms, located HERE, and fill out all of the forms for your students. You will notice a new form this year, the SSO Household Information Survey. This survey is required to gather the necessary information for district-wide federal assistance. You will need to fill out the form even if you don’t qualify for federal assistance.
