Crosby Parking Lot Procedures

Traffic Patterns & Drop off/Pick up Procedures
Morning Drop Off:
- Enter driveway on West side of the building (driveway to back parking lot) & pull as far as possible through the carpool lane using the lane closest to the building.
- Please do not leave your vehicle parked in the carpool lane - the idea is to keep traffic flowing to avoid congestion.
- Your child may exit the vehicle from the side closest to the building and enter.
- Once your child has exited the vehicle you may pull through the carpool lane to exit the lot.
Mid-day Kindergarten:
- AM Kdg pick up- follow below procedures & use the carpool lane around the back of the building for dismissal.
- PM Kdg drop off at 12:10 – please drop off in the front parking lot.
Afternoon Pick Up:
- Enter driveway on West side of the building (driveway to back parking lot) & pull as far as possible through the carpool lane using the lane closest to the building.
- Remain inside your vehicle while you are waiting for your child to be dismissed. Please do not park & exit your vehicle- the idea is to keep traffic flowing to avoid congestion.
- You may use the inside lane to exit once you have your child with you.
*** Special Factors***
- Due to recess schedules, the carpool lane will open at 2:50 p.m. If you arrive prior to 2:50 you will not be able to access the driveway.
- If you have end of the day transportation changes, please call the main office by 2:30 p.m. so we have adequate time to ensure your child is aware of the change.
- There will be NO parking in the front lot during drop off & pick up due to bus traffic.
- There will be spaces available to accommodate visitors & volunteers in the front lot during regular school hours (8:30-2:30).
