Tennis Courts Renovated With No Tax Dollars Used

Tennis Court

This fall marked the culmination of a months-long project to renovate the tennis courts at Harrison High School.  The tennis courts had not had a major renovation since 1996 and were in desperate need of repair.

The project was funded by the Harrison Athletic Boosters, Mercy Health, and First Financial Bank.  No tax dollars were used.

In addition to our corporate partners, many folks donated or pitched in to help the project come to fruition, including Greenspan Sod Farm, John P. Tumlin & Son, and Rouse Landscaping.  The new bleachers at the tennis courts were constructed by Kelli Bill, Michelle Neiman, Kenny Boatright, Bob Keppler, Dana Wesseler, Chris Wesseler, and the JV Boys Soccer team.  Head of Grounds Rob Deller handled the sod and landscaping installation

In the last 5 years, the Harrison Athletic Boosters and funding partners have raised $815,000 for athletic facility upgrades.
