SLSD Health Update
Vaccine distribution for school personnel is now expected to begin in early February, with the exact timing a bit up in the air. The timing could necessitate us having to utilize remote learning day(s) in order complete staff vaccinations. Time will tell. We will communicate the dates as soon as we are notified by the Hamilton County Dept. of Health. Any time we have to break from our normal routine, it causes strain on families and our goal is to stay in the best rhythm possible to finish this quarter and semester strong!
Thank you for partnering with us each week and for your patience as we tackle school this year. The challenges continue – but we will persevere. We are much, much stronger – when we work together. We had an awesome start to 2nd semester this week – both our face to face and remote students were diligent with their work. The light at the end of the tunnel is shining bright!
