2020-2021 New Student Registration

Registration

Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 we are not scheduling in-person appointments at this time. However, once you have completed your online registration through Final Forms, you may scan the required documents as PDFs, and we will accept them via email. 

The documents that we need to complete the enrollment can be found HERE. 

The e-mail address to which completed documents should be sent is registrar@southwestschools.org.
