Mental Health Resources Over Break
Winter break is very exciting for staff and students! Extra time with family and friends is always appreciated when we all lead such busy lives. At Harrison Junior School, although staff take time off to rest and recharge, we still worry about the wellbeing of our students. The school counselors want to provide resources for parents and guardians to take care of their children during the busy holiday season. Here’s a quick video to learn some tips to keep your kids healthy and stress free during the holidays.
If your child is in crisis and needs access to mental health services immediately, call the Psychiatric Intake Response Center at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital at 513-636-4124. You can also reference the attachment in this email called Cincinnati Mental Health Resources for more crisis response options. Additionally, you and your child can call the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988.
