THE BLACK DEATH
The black death raged from 1331 to 1353. It killed an enormous amount of people. It was the plague of 1348. The plague nearly killed 800 people everyday. The plague was the most feared epidemic disease during that period of time.
The spread of the plague: 

The black death bacteria called yesmiapostis. This was the cause of the plague which killed millions of people. The bacteria lived in the rats. Then the fleas bit the rats and then they got the bacteria in there blood. The fleas then went and bit humans and the humans got the bacteria.

During this time many villages vanished in the wake of the plague. Some people believed that the plague even went to Iceland and Greenland.

The plague had a lot to do with skeletons for some reason. They must of thought the people turned into skeletons and started to kill other people.
The plague discolored the body, contemporary physicians didn't know that the plague was transmitted through rats.
