Eric Sutthoff, 7^th grade student at Harrison Junior School, met the challenge of his advanced language arts teacher, Bev Haas, and independently read more than her each quarter to earn a quiz pass. At the end of the year, Eric had read 20,557 pages to Mrs. Haas’s 17,423 pages. According to Eric, “I smoked her!” Congratulations, Eric!
