The Rallies

The third Rally:  The third rally was ok but not as good as we would have liked it to be.  Everyone came out in camo and they made a big circle.  Then Bush came out and talked about the military and how he will help it but not spend so much on it.

The second Rally:  The second rally was hilarious.  Someone from the Gore campaign came out and asked a bunch of questions, but the only answer she go was NO! Gore threw out some candy and everyone went crazy trying to get it.  It was a disaster.  Our rally went pretty good.  We acted like it was a talk show with Rosie O' Donell.  She asked questions about why he should be president and on some of the issues he believes in.  Then they had someone come out, dressed like Britney Spears, and sing one of her songs.      

The First Rally: The first rally was a huge success!!  The seventh graders were cheering their heads off and Bush could barely get a word in.  The funniest part was when Adam Helsley and Aaron Meyer beat the heck out of a Donkey.  ( It was actually a horse but who cares?)  Bush was cheered on and on.  When he offered lower taxes the entire audience cheered louder than if they were in a pep assembly. Most all of them booed Gore.  The eighth graders were less enthusiastic but we still got the majority of the cheers.
