Junior School Kiwanis Winners

As sponsors of their annual essay contest, the Harrison Kiwanis Club honored the winners at a special luncheon in their behalf.  These outstanding writers addressed the characteristics, actions, and ideals of a model citizen and the impact such citizens have on others.  Each winner received a savings bond.  7^th grade winners (left to right) are Morgan McClure, Dr. Dan Lawler (Southwest Local Superintendent), Michelle Stenger, Courntey Harmon, Maddie Haynes, and Jeremy Robben.   8th grade winners (left to right) are Amanda Minor, Dr. Dan Lawler (SLSD Superintendent), Kelsey Lawler, Jonathan Presley, Abi Wiwi, and Bridget Hornsby (not pictured).
