Josh Dugan's busy day at the State Meet.......
Josh's day began with the long jump where he competed against 15 other athletes from around the state. Here he is on the runway at the long jump pit inside Jesse Owens Stadium.
Josh leaps into the sand during one of his attempts in the preliminaries of the competition.
Here Josh lands in the sand of the long jump pit. Josh only got
one good attempt in during the meet, but he made it count: 22'3".
A new personal best and good enough for 6th place in the state
of Ohio!

After the awards for the long jump, Josh immediately
walked over to the high jump to begin that competition.
Here he prepares for one of his 1st jumps.

Josh approaches the bar for a jump later in the
competition. He ended up tied for 8th with a jump
of 6'6", but lost out on the medal stand due to misses.
Josh at the end of the season: School Record in the High Jump, FAVC Most Valuable Field Events Performer, 2 Time District Champion, 2 Time Regional Champion, and 6th Place finish in the long jump.
