Student Registration

Registration for all Southwest Schools for Grades 1 – 12 is done by appointment only at the District Office located at 230 S. Elm Street, Harrison, OH 45030.  To register a kindergarten student, click below or the Kindergarten Registration link on our website.

You will need an appointment to bring in your completed packet along with all documentation required.

Please call 513-367-4139 to make an appointment to complete the registration process.  Students do no need to be present when you come for your appointment.

Please download, print and complete the following Student Registration Packet.  The student Registration packet has a checklist of everything that is required.  You will be required to show a birth certificate, proof of residency and proof of custody/guardianship if applicable as well as a copy of the current report card for students in Grades 1-8.  A shot record must be provided for grades 6-8 at the time of registration.  The lack of a report card could delay your registration.

It is important for students who are in grades 9-12 to bring an unofficial copy of their transcripts.  When your registration is complete, you will need to have an appointment with a guidance counselor to schedule courses.  The guidance counselor will need to see a transcript in order to assign a student to appropriate classes.  The lack of a transcript could delay this process.

For registration of preschool students, contact Laura Meyers at 513-367-4169.

If there has been a change in your address of residence or if there has been a change in custody, please download, print and complete Student Change of Address or Custody Form and bring it to the District Office.  You will be required to show proof of the new residency and proof of custody/ guardianship if applicable.

If you have questions, please call 513-367-4139 and ask for Pat Scheer or Shari Myers.
