High School Students Work with Rotary Members on Community Service Project

Special education students at William Henry Harrison High School recently collaborated in a community service project with the Greater Harrison Rotary. The group, along with adult helpers and several high school art students, provided a fresh coat of paint to the community gazebo in downtown Harrison.

The project was an opportunity for the students to strengthen their communication, social interaction and teamwork skills while giving back to the community.

During the project, several local businesses support the students' work. Thanks to Key Bank, The Coffee Peddlar, Village Healthmart Pharmacy and Newsong Vineyard Church for the water, food, and encouragement.
